Jeanine J. the office manager at the Coral Springs location is EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional, argumentative, overtalked me and does not listen to the patient when I spoke to her about the billing out of pocket $250 for the 3d xray that's required. I asked for her extension number and what she provided was not the correct extension that shows on her email response. All prior messsages didnt even show who was responding to my email, until I addressed her by name, then her signature appeared with a different extension. So she lied to not be contacted! She can't even respond professionally. I will NEVER come back to this dentist office because of her alone and I didn't even meet her face to face, it was only my consultation visit, the first & last visit. Nice dentist and other staff who were nice and for me not to return because of an office manager it's a shame because you all lost a new patient already and lost money! As I read the 1 star reviews, I see that others have mentioned the rudeness of the office manager and it clearly shows with my interaction with her. I am beyond disappointed with the Coral Springs location. There is absolutely no sense of urgency, and no one ever answers the phone. The last time this happened, I literally had to call the Plantation office just so they could email Coral Springs on my behalf to get a response. That alone should’ve been a red flag. When they finally called back, the woman on the phone had an attitude and tried to justify the lack of communication by saying they “aren’t open on Mondays.” I called today — a Wednesday — and once again, no answer. But somehow they have no problem sending out text messages. Meanwhile, I’ve been trying for three weeks to get my husband scheduled for a surgery he desperately needs. He is in constant pain, and we still have no ETA, no update, nothing. The lack of care is unbelievable. This place is horrible. Run away from this location. If it weren’t for the fact that the doctor already knows my husband’s case, I would’ve switched offices immediately. Shay is the person answering the phone when she wants to, but has no customer service skills, she is rude.

Everything about this office is great. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave everyone is so warm and welcoming. The staff is amazing and the doctor is super nice and knowledgeable. They always make sure to keep me informed and they are super efficient about getting referrals in and any necessary approvals from the Insurance company. I am so grateful I found this office and I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

After years of hesitation, I finally decided to get my 4 wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Lopez did a great job with the extractions and the healing was relatively painless. He answered all my questions and concerns. The ladies in the front were also very patient and welcoming. If you are looking for an experienced doctor, I highly recommend this office!

Told I needed treatment for TMJ and was referred to Oral Facial. Dr. Payton was nearby in Aventura but I ended being shipped out to Coral Springs, whaaa! It’s so far, I felt like packing a lunch. My new doc, Dr. Lopez is very knowledgeable and patiently answered my many questions offering his expert advice. He never rushes me and the visits only end when I start to exit the room. One of his assistants, Marialysa took my mold impression. She explained every step that was involved with the mold impression before hand and I appreciated this. She took my mouth impression and she also left a great impression on me with her courteousness and humor. I love how the mouth guard fits and experienced jaw relief instantly, I only wish the office was closer but the good nature of Marialysa and Dr. Lopez, his dental knowledge and how nice he looks in his scrubs make each mile worth it.
